1st Stage – Pre-legal action
Following receipt and confirmation of your instructions, CPA will work on recovering your monies without recourse to legal action on a 'No success - No charge' basis. When successful, we will remit to you the collected funds less our standard export commission fee of 12.5%, within 14 days following bank clearance.

2nd stage – Legal action
When seen to be necessary, we will ask your written permission to take legal action against your debtor. At this stage, we will ask you to advance a security payment against anticipated statutory court fees and solicitor’s costs. When successful, we will remit to you the collected funds less the standard export commission fee of 12.5%, within 14 days following bank clearances; at this time, all or most of the security payment monies will be refunded to you.

If the debt is contested or disputed in court, we will suspend action and advise you of the additional solicitor’s costs required in dealing with the defended action, pending your confirmation to proceed further.

If your claims are valid, the debtors’ details are correct and they are solvent, you will always recover your money through CPA – plus court and awarded legal costs and interest!
