The Register of Company Defaulters is CPA's listing (available online only to members) of thousands of UK Companies who appear not to have either paid/resolved their debts when requested by CPA (ie these companies' debts are part of the 16% that are not resolved, as against the 84% that is resolved through CPA action!)

This unique information is available usually to online Members when considering whether to grant credit to new customers. Of course the register is not a substitute for StatusReportLINK but is a valuable tool to help spot potential bad payers.

It is interesting to see how many well-known and 'respectable' names sometimes appear!
