CPA (PAID) is the CPA group's specialist arm which will purchase worthwhile trade debt from the owner providing it is apparently valid, undisputed, debtor-solvent and address-locatable and has not previously been referred to any other third party for collection.

The process commences with the interested seller requesting CPA (PAID) – the potential purchaser-to buy a single invoice, a group of debts or the entire sales ledger. Following receipt of full details, a prompt written offer is made taking into account details such as:

  • The age of the debt(s)
  • The history and quality of the debtor(s)
  • The overall size of the portfolio for purchase, etc.

At the time of CPA (PAID)'s quotation being accepted, the seller will assign the title of the debts and our cheque can be paid to the seller immediately.
