  The P.A.I.D. (Payment Against Invoiced Debtors) service commences at the beginning of the credit control process. It includes the provision of high quality credit status reports, therefore enabling Members to make informed cost - effective credit decisions. Once the sale is made and the debt becomes due, the Member can use the proven CPA account recovery programme (the letter cycle) to obtain full payment.

In the rare event that this does not produce a result, remaining unpaid debts may be offered for purchase to P.A.I.D. on a non-recourse basis. The Member gains the benefit of credit protection for up to 90% of the full face value of the debt (which at this stage is probably between 90-120 days old.)
