Investigating your debtor
Once we receive details of your outstanding claim we can search for and obtain in-depth information on your debtor using our contacts with approved credit reporting organisations. This will then enable us to assess accurately the best course of action to ensure a successful recovery of the outstanding debt for you.

Persuading your debtor
Having acquired the necessary background information on the debtor, we then make contact with them by letter or telephone. In our experience this often results in immediate settlement without the need for legal action. Should this not prove successful however, we may commence legal proceedings entirely at CPA's own expense.

Instigating legal proceedings
If we now consider that it is both viable and correct to take legal proceedings we will instruct our lawyers to commence Action in Court. We will arrange, through them, delivery of a Summons. After fourteen days an application is made to the Court for entry of judgement. Should there be no response from your debtor we may then select the appropriate method of enforcement

Completion
When we are successful in recovering the debt, we remit to you the amount less our appropriate commission charge. Throughout, you will not have been inconvenienced by further letter writing or form filling.
